![]() ![]() I don’t often make broad recommendations-I’m afraid what resonates will be too peculiar, too connected to who I am at a particular moment–and yet there are, of course, works loved by many, sometimes over generations, with infinite shared secrets. The story’s perfectly-honed details of place and time filled me with nostalgia (my beloved Harvard station smoothie man!), and I cringed in recognition of the characters’ stubborn fallibility, offering the worst of themselves to those they love the most. ![]() And though I have been called a video game illiterate (truthfully!), it still felt like this was a novel written just for me, the author and I sharing secrets. " Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow follows thirty years in the lives of friends and collaborators who love playing and creating video games. ![]()
